Every Evil bike is professionally pre-assembled and tuned before shipping. You will only need to install the handlebars and front wheel, which typically takes about 15-20 minutes with the included tools.
What is the warranty policy on carbon frames?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects on all carbon fiber frames. This ensures your ride is protected as long as you own it.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and import duties vary by country and will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy for bikes and components?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that complete bikes may be subject to a restocking fee if they have been assembled or ridden.
