We want you to be stoked on your ride, but if your gear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unridden bikes and unused components. All items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Receive Authorization
Our support crew will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.
Pack and Ship
Securely box your gear, clearly mark the RMA on the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
